Lisa Hafeman opened Shape of You Nutrition 6 years ago, but has been involved with nutrition for over 10 years. The club crew (Belle, Madi, AnnaBelle) all went to high school together, dancing and playing their way through high school sports. The club centered all of them as well as many of their other friends in their high school and college. Our main focus is “loving your shape”.
